The foundation stone for our sports business was laid 109 years ago, in 1914. From around 1930 you could buy skis in our shops and bring them in for repairs. Initially the business was called “Jakob Jegen Sportartikel” before it changed hands to the Antonietti-Brosi family and the course was set for Gotschna Sport. Since then it has remained in the family and is now run with passion by the fourth generation, after Köbi and Peter Boner, by Urs Schlunegger and his team.
We are proud that our family sport shop is based in the beautiful village of Klosters and we greatly appreciate the natural environment in which we live.
We source from suppliers that adhere to good sustainability practices both social and environmental principles. This is best demonstrated by the quality and durability of the products that we sell.
We are very aware that all our products such as skis, snowboards and boots arrive in heavy duty cardboard. We take great care in ensuring that packaging materials are recycled and disposed of correctly.
